Use this form for your first application to do one or two training course modules in the semester in which you wish to start.

Course Module Selection

Note: 'Biostatistics 10a', 'Communicable Disease 10a', 'Conceptos de Salud Pública para la Elaboración de Políticas 10a[S]', 'Concepts de Santé Publique pour décideurs 10a[F]', 'Disaster Management and Emergency Planning 10a', 'Evidence Based Practice 10a', 'HIV/AIDS 10a', 'Health Economics 10a', 'Introduction to Epidemiology 10a', 'Maternal Mortality 10a', 'Patient Safety 10a', 'Preventing Child Mortality 10a', 'Public Health Concepts for Policy Makers 10a', 'Public Health Nutrition 10a' are not available for this semester because they are full.

If you want do apply to do two modules in the same semester, select the second course module here. Please realise that both modules will run at the same time and the workload may be heavy, be sure that you do have the time if you elect to take two modules in the same semester.
